Yes, we had a lovely summer, and I had so much fun documenting it!
Pluot season is our favorite season. Seen here are just five of the oodles of varieties of pluots available from our favorite stone fruit vendor at the farmers market. My challenge is to eat some before L eats them all! The 'dinosaur eggs' are my all-time favorite.
Made with the cutest craft kit that she received for her birthday. You can make your own fairies and fairy treehouse. Super adorbs!
Day one of a 4-day weekend was a fun one. It started off with a okay date and lunch with one girlfriend, and ended with make-your-own-pizzas and a movie with another. Such fun times!
Beachscapes are my favorite. Makes driving to the dance studio twice a week pleasant.
It had been a while since we baked.
We baked these fluffy snickerdoodles. And they were yummy!
And loving every minute of it.
While my car is in the shop.
Eating a popsicle, whilst wearing a popsicle shirt at the back to school picnic.
That's been me today. I just cannot function. Related: this weather sucks and allergies suck.
Has, apparently, become a thing with us. Especially when it's so disgustingly hot and humid out.
L took her first ever jazz class today, and she was in her element! Lots of leaps, turns. and hip shaking...and all this on day one.
Up close and personal, with t-Rex arms. Ha!
Also, he is do not a puppy, as you can tell by the gray hairs. But he can still be puppy-like, nonetheless.
Happy National Dog Day!
Getting to know her teacher, Miss Dayah on the first day of Ballet I (the next level of ballet class).
I just love that we can do this. Neighborhood school FTW!
Are they not the best?
They are the best.
Moms and kiddos. Walking to school together. This makes me happy.
In sailboat pond. Avec dogger supervision (except he was taking a nap the entire time).
Reading and 'signing' her school's student pledge.
